Live sessions, workshops and one-on-one coaching designed to spark creativity and foster new ideas.

3.2 Info Products

Digital guides, templates, and downloadable resources available for immediate access.

3.3 Goods

Physical creative kits, printed materials, and branded merchandise shipped to your address.

4. Fees and Payments

All fees are stated in the shop or service description. Payments must be made prior to delivery of any service, product, or kit.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Clients may request a refund within 7 days of a live session or workshop. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Alternatively, you may choose to reschedule a session once at no extra cost. Bespoke one-on-one coaching sessions are non-refundable due to dedicated resource commitments.

5.2 Info Products

Digital guides and templates may be refunded within 3 days of purchase provided the files have not been downloaded or accessed. Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be shipped back within 14 days of delivery in unused condition with original packaging. Shipping costs for sending back are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receipt of the shipped-back items.

6. Changes to Terms

IdeasFlows may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes implies acceptance. Please review this page periodically.
